ISG partnered with Equus Capital Partners to design a multifamily building that enhances the lives of its residents and the Conshohocken community. Encouraging sustainable and vibrant urban living, Madison West Elm is a high-rise apartment development with an outdoor courtyard, terrace, and pool. The living community also contains multiple indoor lounges, a fitness center, and a sports simulator space, which provides a grand and comprehensive experience.
