Levee Park + Main Street Revitalization

To increase connection to the natural beauty of the Mississippi riverfront, ISG collaborated with the City of Winona on a complex, two-phase master planning endeavor. Integrating community needs with cost‑effective practices, Levee Park was transformed into a year-round events and entertainment destination. A main feature of Levee Park, an elevated plaza provides indoor and outdoor usage.

The park offers water jets, an artful splash-pad, winter ice skating, and performance seating with improved wayfinding and lighting. Phase 2 of the master plan includes a comprehensive vision for underused portions of the park and surrounding industrial corridor that will expand program offerings, drive economic development, and connect people to the City’s history, culture, architecture, and recreational options.
