La Crosse County Parking Lot Reconstruction + Stormwater Management Improvements

La Crosse County reconstructed and improved the stormwater management for parking lot D at La Crosse County Health and Human Services to provide a safe and sustainable lot. After assessing the lot’s conditions, ISG prepared stormwater management options for the County to choose from, each of which would provide a long-term, sustainable stormwater management solution. The County chose to replace the pavement with new asphalt and add an underground infiltration system for better stormwater management. This approach helped the County in applying for non-residential stormwater utility fee credits, reducing yearly utility fees for the County.
