Ice Cream Facility

Adding an ice cream facility to an existing aseptic, ready-to-drink products plant was a complex and rewarding endeavor. In addition to providing full design and engineering services, our team collaborated with Unilever to develop a plan for keeping the existing plan fully operational during construction. The multi-disciplinary undertaking included everything from reinforcing the existing roofing for supporting the necessary utilities to designing new refrigeration, compressed air, and steam systems.
