Ice Cream Facility

Adding an ice cream facility to an existing aseptic, ready-to-drink products plant was a complex and rewarding endeavor. In addition to providing full design and engineering services, our team collaborated with Unilever to develop a plan for keeping the existing plan fully operational during construction. The multidisciplinary undertaking included everything from reinforcing the existing roofing for supporting the necessary utilities to designing new refrigeration, compressed air, and steam systems.
