Hy-Vee Oak Park Mall Redevelopment

ISG partnered with Hy-Vee to redevelop a former mall site into a new anchor grocery destination, transforming a vacant retail property into a modern community asset. Working alongside Hy-Vee's internal design team and construction partner, our team helped navigate site constraints, utility impacts, permitting requirements, and phased implementation to allow nearby store operations to remain uninterrupted throughout construction. The redevelopment supported reinvestment in the area while creating a new retail destination for residents.
