FNB Tower

ISG partnered with Dominion Realty Group to design FNB Tower, a downtown high-rise building that provides luxurious and modern spaces for working and living. Contributing to the Raleigh skyline and the downtown experience, FNB Tower includes apartments, amenity spaces comprised of a skydeck with a pool, fitness center, and game room, along with commercial office and first-floor retail space. The building is LEED certified Gold and the first building in Raleigh to receive LEED and Green Globes certifications for qualities such as energy conservation and lowered water consumption.
