First Interstate Bank Gateway Building

A prominent mixed-use development at a key downtown Rapid City intersection was delivered through a collaborative design-build effort with multiple business owners and investors. ISG supported project design by aligning stakeholder goals into a cohesive architectural solution that reflects community identity and professional use. Organized as a commercial condominium, the building accommodates a range of business functions while incorporating materials to depict imagery of the Midwest, including representations of the Badlands, Black Hills, prairie grasses, and expansive open skies.
