Spanning multiple facilities, this effort helped a ductile iron pipe manufacturer evaluate and advance capital investments across a 550,000-square-foot greenfield facility in Iowa, alongside targeted improvements in Alabama and Virginia. ISG conducted engineering studies and front-end design to assess current capabilities, develop upgrade strategies, and establish cost frameworks for future projects. These efforts equipped the client with the information needed to guide long-term investment decisions.
