This 17,000-square-foot facility was developed to expand healthcare access for Veterans in Northeast Iowa by consolidating and enhancing primary and specialty care services. ISG delivered a highly functional, patient-centered clinic that doubled the service capacity and significantly reduced patient travel times. Designed with long-term care in mind, the clinic earned a prestigious Three Green Globes rating for sustainability while providing on-site services that enhance convenience and continuity of care.
