ISG designed Center Square Lofts West to integrate urban living with essential infrastructure. The multifamily residential building wraps and screens a shared parking structure, incorporating the utilitarian element of its core into the overall design. The building’s materials and massing respond to the varied scale of downtown Allentown and reinforce continuity with the surrounding streetscape. The rooftop offers residents an inviting retreat, featuring a fire pit, grilling stations, and lounge seating with views of Allentown.
