Center Square Lofts East

Completed three years after Center Square Lofts West, Center Square Lofts East provides a refined industrial character. We designed a sleek gray facade accented by large windows and bold pops of color. A third-floor skywalk was added to connect the two buildings. At street level, a landscaped public plaza and internal courtyard create engaging spaces for gathering and recreation. The design emphasizes transparency, texture, and connection to the urban context.
