Brio Mixed-Use Development

In partnership with Merge Urban Development Group and Slingshot Architecture, ISG led the design of the Brio Building, a mixed-use development project that features commercial and residential space. The team successfully navigated design challenges to keep the project within budget and schedule, while maintaining the client’s vision. The 60-unit complex offers luxurious finishes and river views, convenient access to a food co-op tenant on the first floor, and public amenities, including lobby space and adjacent Fox River access points.
