Blue Earth County Government Center

To accommodate a growing population, Blue Earth County partnered with ISG to assess current and future space needs. The study revealed that the existing Government Center could no longer support the expanding volume of public services and staff, prompting the need for a larger, more efficient facility.

ISG supported the County by leading the design of a three-stage project that included renovating the 60,000-square-foot Government Center, constructing a new 30,000-square-foot wing, and renovating a 350-stall parking ramp. With space for over 250 employees and thousands of monthly visitors, the completed facility improves access with all services under one roof. The design enhances both operational efficiency and community experience, offering a bright, centralized, and welcoming environment.
