Best Western Plus Hotel + Executive Residency

The City of Waterloo and local developers partnered with ISG to reimagine and renovate a former hotel into a Best Western Plus & Executive Residency, a $10 million investment in the downtown corridor. The 10-story hotel underwent a full interior and exterior transformation, including pool upgrades, with ISG providing design and visualization services to support the redevelopment. Today, the 168-room property is connected by skywalk to the Waterloo Convention Center and welcomes guests ranging from business travelers to long-term residents.
