All Seasons Arena

All Seasons Arena, a year-round, two-ice-sheet facility in Mankato, completed a transformative renovation designed to modernize its infrastructure and elevate the experience for athletes, spectators, and the broader community.

ISG served as a trusted partner on the project from the start, conducting a comprehensive facility assessment to evaluate building systems and infrastructure. Major improvements included new rink floors, updated lobby and concessions, and a new 1,200 sq. ft. refrigeration room including a dehumidification system to preserve facility integrity. The north rink was reconfigured to NHL regulation size and now accommodates 500 additional spectator seats with improved sightlines.

With these improvements, All Seasons Arena is positioned to serve the next generation of users, supporting regional events, strengthening community connections, and continuing its role as a vital local asset.
