About

To deliver one-of-a-kind solutions, Mark focuses on identifying the individualized needs of each client—a process that can only be achieved through close listening to project stakeholders. Mark also applies this approach in his leadership of ISG’s Green Bay office, serving as a humble, connected professional who constantly seeks to empower. He strives to learn from the diversity of voices and opinions expressed by project team members, better enabling the culture of employee ownership at the firm. Mark works closely with clients, gathering information during meetings with stakeholders to learn each partner’s unique processes and needs. Leading facility studies, programming, and overall project coordination, Mark is focused on providing user-friendly spaces that help partners achieve their goals.

With a career that has positively evolved over the years, Mark has held numerous leadership positions and championed the firm's local efforts to integrate within Green Bay's downtown district during the 2019 office move. A broad range of experience has equipped Mark with the following areas of specialty:

  • Conducting code reviews and materials research, developing construction documents, managing client and stakeholder communications, and performing construction administration and project development services
  • Broad experience serving government, commercial, and educational partners
  • Experience with municipal projects involving a wide variety of public spaces
  • Ability to develop building designs that support each business
  • Experience assisting in construction administration for new buildings and renovations
