About

With a concentration on agricultural drainage, Bailey is an accomplished engineer in the water resources field. A forward-thinker, she recently developed a calculator with a formula to right-size alternative side inlets benefiting agricultural drainage and improving water quality. Her technical expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, paired with her passion for water conservation, leads to best management practices to help farmers increase production while meeting conservation goals. Bailey is dedicated to improving water systems for clients across the Midwest through modern design practices and detailed construction documents.
