Andy connects vision to action, aligning people, opportunities, and operations to keep ISG moving forward.
As COO, Andy leads the execution of ISG’s operating strategy across its 12 business units, disciplines, and offices. His straightforward, relationship-focused leadership keeps teams connected to the big picture while creating the clarity and alignment needed to win work, serve clients, and perform at their best.
Andy joined ISG in 2001 as a civil engineering intern and has since served as a business unit leader, Vice President, and Executive Vice President. Throughout his career, he has helped expand ISG’s geographic reach and service offerings, develop lasting client relationships, and identify opportunities that support disciplined growth. He also played an important role in ISG’s transition to a 100% ESOP in 2017 and continues to strengthen the ownership mindset that shapes the firm’s culture.
When he is not at ISG, you can find Andy spending time with his family, or taking in the view from a tree stand while keeping an eye out for a trophy buck.
