In an industry comprised of over 100,000 firms, the Hot Firm List highlights those that have outperformed the economy and competitors to be leaders in their fields. With the number of submissions growing each year, ISG earned the 58th spot on the 2016 list.
The Zweig Group Best Firms to Work For Award polls similar industry firms in the United States and Canada, recognizing and ranking firms based on workplace practices, employee benefits, employee retention rates, and many other factors.

ISG, a firm founded in Mankato, Minnesota and has grown to eight offices in three states with clients nationwide, is ranked at 452 in the 2016 list, surpassing last year’s rank of 488.

As ISG’s La Crosse office expands to occupy the 10th floor of their current location in the heart of the City, recent architecture and transportation staff additions now offer local expertise to the firm’s growing Wisconsin office. ISG is pleased to announce the recent hire of architect Kevin Bills, AIA, LEED AP BD + C, and three seasoned transportation professionals; project manager, Joel Goodenough; transportation designer, Kyle Maroszek; and technician, Ryan Booth.
