County Trunk Highway (CTH) EB-39 Southbridge Connector

The EB-39 Southbridge Connector project is a major infrastructure project to improve east-west travel in the southern region of the Green Bay Metro. ISG engineered roundabout designs at the intersection of Scheuring Road, Williams Grant Drive, and County EB for vehicular and non-motorized traffic. Planning for future needs, ISG is establishing right-of-way (ROW) for a four-lane rural arterial with pedestrian accommodations, employing slope intercepts for precise ROW limits. Through coordination with Brown County, our team is working to minimize traffic disruptions by keeping Scheuring Road open during construction, only closing for tie-in locations.

This project represents ISG’s commitment to ensuring public dollars are spent responsibly and have a positive impact on communities. Regular communication with the adjacent I-41 corridor project, prompt responsiveness to Brown County, and an innovative design approach have ensured project schedule adherence and generated cost savings for the County.
