Mayo Field Concepts

Rochester, MN | Sports + Recreation

ISG developed concepts for large-scale improvements to Mayo Field’s baseball facilities and amenities.

Mayo Field wanted to improve its baseball facility and fan experience, as well as to forge a stronger connection with the rest of the community.

Furthering its long-time partnership with the Mayo Clinic, ISG is providing sustainable and innovative design services for Mayo Field in Rochester, Minnesota. With the need to update the existing baseball facility and improve fan experience, ISG saw this as an opportunity to enhance the community and create a strong connection from Mayo Field to the core of the Destination Medical Center (DMC). This unique project includes a multi-family/mixed-use condo building, baseball stadium, and elevated pedestrian bridges and walkways that create maximum flexibility and connectivity. ISG created a vision for the site and adjacent properties to create a cohesive vision and connection to the downtown core and medical campus, and is working with the Mayo Clinic, Titan Development and Investments, The Tailwind Group, and others to make the vision a reality.
