ISG is developing concepts for large-scale improvements to Mayo Field’s baseball facilities and amenities.

Opportunity

Located in downtown Rochester and home of the Northwoods League’s Rochester Honkers, Mayo Field is positioned to be an amazing destination with striking views of the expanding Rochester skyline.

Solution

Working in partnership with the Rochester Honkers, ISG is furthering its long-time partnership with Mayo Clinic Health Systems, the City of Rochester, and multiple developers to transform Mayo Field. The ballpark and its facilities are in need of improvement, but seizing an opportunity to create a state-of-the-art, multi-use venue that serves baseball, soccer, concerts, and even hockey, Mayo Field and the surrounding development will provide both a destination and connection to exciting growth on both sides of the river.
