ISG provided concepts for a new commercial development in Sioux Falls.

Opportunity

In order to attract potential developers to a former production plant site, Lloyd Companies wanted to produce visualization deliverables that showcase the potential of the area.

Solution

ISG was contacted by Lloyd Companies to develop comprehensive and customized visualization packages for the redevelopment of the previous Gage Brothers precast concrete production plant. As Gage Brothers moved to their new highly automated precast plant, it opened up a 30 acre site located on the southeast corner of the Interstate 29 and West 12th Street intersection. The concept included a restaurant, retail, commercial, and hotel opportunities. ISG used animation to educate on the potential transformation of this industrial site; this visualization has attracted potential developers to the project.
