Terry brings 30+ years of industry knowledge and a unique perspective into the intricacies of the ever-changing field. From an operational level of understanding of facilities to the maintenance and operational challenges, Terry understands the complexities of operations, production, packaging, and automation from his years of working directly on the plant floor. He has substantial meat and protein processing experience gained from his years at Hormel, Smithfield, Conagra, and Firmenich. Prior to joining ISG, Terry managed multiple food manufacturing plants in the dairy, egg, nutritional, animal food, and packaged meat industries. Terry will assist ISG in building and maintaining relationships with clients in the Food and Industrial market. As a boots-on-the-ground specialist, he will travel nationwide to search out prospects and meet, guide, and educate clients on the opportunities that a partnership with ISG can provide. Terry leverages his in-depth knowledge to successfully direct clients towards efficient, results-driven solutions that meet their unique needs.
