With 20 years of experience working in commercial real estate, Ryan has a deep understanding of the industry and its stakeholders. At ISG, Ryan leverages his experience in commercial design and construction to assist in guiding housing opportunities and projects throughout Arkansas and the Midwest. He also leads the multi-disciplinary team of architects, engineers, and designers involved in the Housing Business Unit and uses his knowledge to provide oversight. Ryan has experience in urban mixed-use buildings and developments, market-rate housing, student housing, multi-family housing, architectural services, and design services.

As Housing Business Unit Leader, Ryan also uses his development and architectural knowledge to understand the perspectives and experiences of others in the industry, including developers. In this role, Ryan strives to:

• Remain a committed client partner and advocate for strategic development in communities
• Understand the roles of each entity involved in a project by approaching relationships with empathy
• Work closely with community partners, developers, clients, and designers to discover optimal solutions
• Provide expertise in the housing market to best strategize a clear path forward for projects
