About

As ISG's Market Strategist, Morgan develops internal and external strategies to introduce ISG's innovative solutions and services to clients. With a primary focus in the public works, sports and recreation, commercial, food and industrial, and housing sectors, Morgan is adept at listening, discerning need, and linking clients to ISG's creative and ingenious solutions to achieve their goals.

An adaptable economic development professional with a diverse career in the public and private sector, Morgan knows what it takes to get a project off the ground. With economic development experience at the regional, state, local, and utility level, she understands the nuances of navigating policies and program incentives to position ISG partners for success. Having developed a solid network of relationships across the Midwest, she thoughtfully connects clients to the resources they need to solve problems and grow their business and communities.

Morgan holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing and management from the University of North Dakota. A Certified Economic Development Finance Professional, she is preparing to earn her CEcD Certification from the International Economic Development in 2021. Active within her professional network, Morgan is considered a prominent emerging leader in the development industry; serving as a valuable asset and thought-leader to a number of professional and nonprofit organizations.
