Heath specializes in statewide transportation projects and manages large -and small-scale projects across the Midwest. With over 20 years of experience working with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), his knowledge and expertise streamlines often complicated regulatory processes, resulting in a high-quality project delivery within desired budgets and timeframes. Skilled at effectively handling large, multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects, Heath oversees project details, always aiming to exceed client expectations and create a positive experience for all partners involved.
Experienced in the implementation of a wide range of transportation projects, Heath monitors and manages the details of transportation designs in the field. From the reconstruction of public and private roadways to the construction of bridges and intersections, he oversees every detail of project implementation, including material selection and construction best practices to create transportation infrastructure that is safe and durable for motorists and pedestrians. He has extensive experience in the design and construction of ADA accessibility projects, including crosswalks at intersections and roundabouts, turn-signals, walking bridges, curb ramps, and parking accommodations. As a senior project manager, he proactively identifies potential issues before they result in costly change orders. Tapping into his natural problem-solving ability, he remains communicative, engaged, and hands-on through project completion.
