Eric manages and designs projects of every scale for private, public, and municipal clients. As the leader of his own engineering firm for 12 years, Eric brings a dynamic perspective of design, communication, and management expertise to the civil engineering team at ISG. Eric helps communities determine if they have the infrastructure necessary in moving forward with growth and development initiatives, and provides designs to improve existing systems to support the daily operations of each community. To achieve this, Eric provides site development for a range of projects, including residential, commercial, institutional, sewer collection, water distribution, and roadway improvements.

In collaboration with clients and the design team, Eric leads consensus building efforts to realize the intent of each project. Through straightforward, honest communication, Eric has built a reputation as a trusted design partner. A civil engineer with 30+ years of experience, Eric takes a hands-on approach to addressing client challenges, mitigate risks, and resolve problem areas that could negatively impact client goals, and works with his team to identify alternative solutions early on to guarantee project success.
