With over 14 years of expertise and licensed in 14 states, Dan has become the designated industry expert for many telecommunications clients across the Midwest, and ISG is eager to welcome him to the firm as Telecommunications Group Leader. Providing high-quality work and extraordinary customer service to his clients, Dan has grown a high number of valued relationships throughout his career.
Throughout his vast experience, Dan has performed various design review and project oversight duties, including pole structure, cable wind and ice loading, code compliance, calculations plans, and make-ready remediation for utility pole attachment permits. His day-to-day responsibilities have included management of joint use permitting programs, aerial and buried power distribution design, small cell antenna design and pole structure loading, railroad utility encroachment permits, buried utilities, and fiber to the home design. Additionally, Dan has managed and facilitated hundreds of fiber optic pole attachment projects, creating countless company design standards and procedures for buried and aerial utilities.
Having managed a team of comprehensive telecommunications experts in the past, Dan has overseen processes, including permit submittals, site survey, design of cable, structure loading analysis, estimations, review of final permit, post-construction inspections, and more.
