About

ISG welcomes Craig as its Water Resources Group Leader located out of the firm’s Des Moines office. Craig relocated to the Des Moines area in 2018 from Chicago, Illinois where he specialized in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and stormwater conveyance system analysis. Craig has extensive experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, stormwater best management practices design, watershed planning, data management, public involvement, GIS network development and integration, and preparation of large scale master plans.

One of Craig’s most recent projects includes completing a master plan study for 27 square miles of the City of Chicago’s south side. The study investigated the potential for distributed stormwater management opportunities to alleviate basement flooding and combined sewer overflows. Craig’s experience from Chicago proves invaluable to the Des Moines Metro area, as the area continues to tackle the same challenges.
