About

Ashley blends her analytical design capabilities with her strong attention to detail as a Project Manager for the Transportation Group at ISG. The dynamic nature of the Department of Transportation (DOT) processes create an opportunity for Ashley to provide mentorship and guidance to her team as modes of transportation continually evolve. Through consistent and clear communication, she prioritizes project needs and is hands-on when it comes to meeting and exceeding client expectations. She thrives on the coordination and complexities of each project and uses her design expertise to actively look for cost-savings solutions that benefit the client.

Beginning her career as a structural designer with expertise in post tensioned slabs for high-rise buildings, Ashley transferred her problem-solving, analytic skills to civil engineering at the ground level. Now, an expert in transportation design and construction for roadways, her experience ranges from urban and rural roads to mega reconstruction and rehabilitation projects. She has worked as a lead designer for large-scale highway projects and understands how to manage project schedules, stakeholders, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive and timely project. Leveraging her previous experience as a design engineer at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Ashley is helping expand the transportation group’s footprint in the specialized DOT market—making ISG the go-to firm for transportation projects across the Midwest.
